The moose here in Alaska are big. Let me rephrase that, they are huge. To top it all off the males carry a heavy load of antlers around. There is a real good chance they are going to over heat at any given moment so they have a tendency to hang out near or in the water. Fortunately there is a Lot of lakes, streams and ponds here.
