About Shipping Times

While we don’t expect delays, please allow extra shipping time during pandemic!

Occasionally Maida the artist has taken Maida the shipper off to paint, to get inspired, or just to live her Alaska life, which may cause a slight delay in shipping.  But don't worry, Maida the businesswoman keeps things pretty much on track by having someone help her when she can't be available.

Prints usually ship out via US Postal within 3 days of order.  US orders will usually arrive within 5-7 days after shipping.  International orders may take longer.

Originals and special order items usually ship out within 3 days of completion.  They ship via US Postal Service. Maida will be able to give you an idea of expected ship date when she confirms your special order.

Other print-to-order items may take up to three weeks for production and may ship from overseas.  Please allow 2-5 weeks for regular shipping times.  Expedited shipping may be available on certain items and will be noted on the item page.

About Order Status Tracking

Once shipped, most products will generate a tracking number which will be emailed to you so you can track your products shipping progress.  Rest assured we also track your order's progress all the way to delivery.

About Local Pickup/Delivery

If you live in Ketchikan or will be visiting Ketchikan, contact Maida about local pickup.
