The little sea otters love to just hang out and ride the waves. They are quite buoyant so they have no worries about sinking because they have air in each hair and one million hairs per square inch. Quite often you can see them in large rafts, sleeping in the sun. They hold hands so one of them doesn't drift off during their nap.
