Creek Street was the main part of town in the early years of Ketchikan. Not the "nicest" part but that is beside the point. When the fish head up Ketchikan Creek which is where the street got its name it gets really, REALLY stinky. Back in the "day" the fishermen took a deep breath and said. "AHHHHH smells like money.
This is one of my number one selling prints. The bright colors are just so cheerful and it really depicts what Ketchikan was like. I do sometimes remarque this piece but it really isn't necessary it looks great all on its own. Some people like me to print "Ketchikan" in the arch above the boardwalk and I am happy to do that for no charge. Just let me know
